APPLICATION

3-way Plug Valves
The design and sealing principle of the TUFLIN® 3-way plug valve is based on the proven 2-way plug valve design. All configurations are suitable for more flexible and complex piping systems and applications.Typical applications of multiport plug valves:
- as changeover valves for pressure relief duties
- for by-pass or mixing operation purposes
- as switchover valves for filtration circuits
- in the pulp and paper industry
- in filtration or drying plants

Jacketed Plug Valves
Our jacketed plug valves offer all the proven design attributes of standard standard 2-way plug valves and are available in a wide range of different jacket connections.
Typical applications:
TUFLIN® jacketed valves are especially used for media that might crystallize or seize and therefore must be influenced through additional heating or cooling.

Control Plug Valves
The proven design and sealing principle of the standard TUFLIN® sleeved plug valve was the basis for the development of the TUFLIN® control plug valve. The exact throttling is achieved by a special flow cage fixed on the valve bottom in combination with a special control plug.
