Facilities Available Through MECO |
We utilize the facilities of our sister concern MECO, which has a large covered manufacturing area of 90,000 ft2. This manufacturing facility currently houses welders, fitters & turners, mechanics in different trades and includes the following features:
- A covered area of 90,000 ft2.
- Test Bench: for offline valve pressures setting. The test bench has a capability of testing up to 3000 PSIG.
- Paint shop, covering 3600 ft2. Conveyor belt driven with a camel-mounted oven shop.
- Shearing Machine 8 ft.
- 13 ft brake press
- 60 ton mechanical press
- 25 ton mechanical Press
- 15-ton mechanical press.
- Vacuum pumps - 6 units
- Lathes with chucks up to 2ft. diameter
- Electric generator (30 kW)
- Several Milling machines (bed size approx. 6 feet)
- Mold making equipment
- Most of the molds and dies are produced in house.
- Blow Molding machine bed size 6 X 3 feet
- Polyurethane foaming machine
- Argon arc welding Equipment.
- Six electric welding equipment.
- Several gas welding equipment.
- Flow provers
